Mihye Ans work is a demonstration of the fictitious relation between media architecture and digital infrastructures which occurs between the physical articulation of building and its immaterial layer of data. Mihye An investigated the real and the virtual, the tangible and the intangible and she developed a new notional and meaningful categorization which is rich of cultural connections and connotations. Mihye An was supervised by Prof. Ludger Hovestadt (ETHZ) and me.
